At least 80% people of the world dreams for leadership , someone dreams to become a leader in Politics , Someone wanted to become a leader of masses , some people wanted to become a leader in the field of business ,but it is not an easy task to become a leader .

When I was a teenager I was dreaming to become a leader because I liked to read about the leadership of LENIN ,Winston Churchill and Adolf Hitler (Hitler had unique personality to win the Hearts of the masses of Germany and became a leader ,the concept of his leadership is most important)

There would be only one leader who could lead a group by his talent of leading and it could be inherited by him naturally ,but what about those people who wanted to be a leader under the guidance of someone ! .. continued
